For events, your purchased reservation will be held for you at the door on the day of the event. Your transaction confirmation will be your ticket. Bring it with you when you sign in on the event day.
For check or money order payments on any events, memberships, and donations , click on the appropriate link with each purchase for the form you can print off, complete, and mail in with your check or money order to HCCArts, PO Box 2024, Boerne, TX 78006. Be sure to give yourself ample mailing time prior to any events.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRY: March 1, 2010
For all artists, included in this entry fee of $15 is a discounted HCCArts membership (Cibolo Level). After you finalize your payment, complete the following forms:
1. Open HCCArts Membership Form, fill in form and submit online or snail mail to HCCArts (include payment confirmation # on form).
Keep all documents on your computer or in a file for your records--i.e. HCCArts Membership Form, Entry Form, Details Document.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Here is your opportunity to purchase gift certificates for your colleagues, family, friends, and neighbor. Who would you like to surprise with a special gift certificate? Just click "Gift Certificate" button and complete checkout. The recipient of your gift will then be shortly notified of your generosity.
